This Refund Policy applies to paid Nirmata Vision subscriptions purchased through nirmatavision.app.
1. Try Before You Buy
We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Nirmata Vision before paying. Please use the trial to make sure the app works with your setup and devices.
2. All Sales Final
Once a paid subscription begins, payments are non-refundable and all sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law (such as non-waivable consumer-protection rights).
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
4. Billing Problems
If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing issue, contact us within 14 days at support@nirmatavision.app and we'll review it in good faith.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction.
