These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nirmata Vision application and the nirmatavision.app dashboard (the "Service"), operated by Nirmata Vision Media Player ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Nirmata Vision is a media player for Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV, plus a companion web dashboard for registering devices and managing your subscription. Nirmata Vision is a player only: it does not provide, host, stream, or supply any media content, channels, or playlists. You connect your own media service or playlist, and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access that content in your region.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to access content you are not licensed to access.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security.
4. Third-Party Content & Services
Any media service, playlist, provider, or third-party integration you connect is governed by that third party's own terms. We are not affiliated with, and are not responsible for, your media provider or the content it delivers, including its availability, legality, or quality.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Plans, pricing, and any free trial are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Nirmata Vision app, dashboard, name, logo, and design are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular media source will function.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content accessed through third-party media sources. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
